The Spanish Multiplier event of the UpHyMob project took place at the San Valero Group headquarters in Zaragoza, where the results achieved were presented.
The event began with a presentation by Gianluca Greco, head of Consulting and Training Department at the Aragon Hydrogen Foundation, who highlighted the project’s key aspects, emphasizing the importance of creating an ecosystem in this field with an educational and professional approach. He also introduced the online training course for maintenance technicians of hydrogen refueling stations and fuel cell vehicles, one of the project’s standout results. This course is available in five languages and was developed by the Project Partners from various EU countries. It is designed to provide essential skills and knowledge for any professional working with hydrogen-powered vehicle fleets.
Following this, Zoilo Ríos, General Director of the Zoilo Ríos Group, focused his presentation on the current state of hydrogen supply infrastructure deployment for vehicles. Jorge Viloria, head of innovation at the Aragón Automotive and Mobility Cluster, then reflected on whether Aragón is ready for future mobility. Finally, Pedro Casero, head of the Technical Area of the Aragon Hydrogen Foundation, presented an updated perspective on the state of sustainable hydrogen mobility, focusing on its analysis, trajectory, and projection.
The event concluded with a networking coffee, where discussions on hydrogen-powered mobility and Aragón’s significant role in the transition to a sustainable economy in the transport sector continued.
